"Paper to strategize ideas"
I am a New York City Department of Education music teach for 9 years, and have worked 2 additional years prior at a Private school in New Jersey as a Band Director. Besides being a teacher, I am a professional musician and an Army Reserve Musician as well. My focus is on creative thinking, and how to use music to stimulate creative thought and promote the Growth Mindset - a spin off of Dr. Carol Dweck's Mindset. Currently, I am working on my Napoleon Hill Cert. Instructor project and on a book on building innovative teams based on strategic, critical thinking questions for creative thought.
