I am a biology educator with 18 years of teaching experience. I hold a Master’s degree in Biological Science & Education. I taught AP Biology in the Boston area for 8 years; then transitioned to college teaching as Associate Professor of Biology and Coordinator of the Biotechnology Program at Bunker Hill Community College, MA. After I moved to California in 2009, I taught part time at California State University, LA & College of the Canyons . I have been working with a multicultural & very diverse student body since 1997. I also designed & presented numerous workshops for biology educators.
