After spending eight years in the field of strategy and organization consulting at Accenture and Bossard Consultants, I served as Associate Director at EY Business Advisory from 2000 to 2011, where i founded the “Support for Complex Projects” unit and co-founded the “Organization, HR and Change” unit. For several years, i also managed the Marketing & Customer unit. I worked alongside Gabrielle Roland, founder in France of ASE teaching method, and Pierre Doré, the founder of the European Institute for Leadership. In 2011, I founded The Yellow Submarine Group.
Do we need to make innopposition knowledge and judgment ? Not sure... It's related. My concerns is more the process. How to get knowledge. Autonomy seems the key for my children. When i take the lead to demonstrate something to my little girl, she becomes very quickly uninterested. When i involve her, and more let her doing her own research, she is fascinating, self confident, passionate... For mooking for knowledge, new points of views...
