Hi Megan, thanks for the feedback. I truly believe the most difficult implementation piece will be scheduling but it is definitely not impossible. My plan is to begin this for SY 2017-2018 due to the scheduling aspect. I teach at a school which is predominantly AA but many of the students in our high school credit courses are part of one of my school's magnet program. My concern and goal to target those "minority" non-magnet program students who get overlooked but with support could succeed. Which plays to the "hidden figure" theme.
