Remove the 'rushed' feeling of parents scrabbling home from work to meet a 10 minute slot at a parents evening!!!

Could schools not think about using skype, hangouts, etc to avoid parents feeling 'rushed' and 'awkward' when engaging in conversation with teachers after a busy day at work. Sometimes parents even miss elements of an evening because of being delayed at work. Teachers would also feel more relaxed by being in their own environment, they might even feel like they could be more honest if they feel a comment about a son/daughter won't lead to confrontation. Maybe there is an argument for a bit of both depending on parent/teacher requirements.
