Parents are a great source to know about the external situation that can affect the way our students perceive and interact with the world. Due to that is important to chat with parents about the changes and concerns they experience regarding their children. Every meeting I have with a parent, I start by asking about the expectation they have for our conference and the concerns they have about their children out of the school. That information provides a new standpoint about my student, the way he/she learns and the things he/she likes.

Manuel - What better way to build empathy than through communication?! I hope you will support Guideposts to Success with a positive evaluation to keep the idea growing! Thanks!
