Continual Review Process

We can view parent-teacher conferences as a formative experience and not an end-game.

Typically in industry we see the thread of constant review, customer feedback and quality control. As a high school teacher we don't tend to have parent-teacher conferences unless their is concern. I believe that if we worked on this as a continual preventative/evaluative effort we would be more successful than viewing conferences in a negative light.

I learned that this is still a necessary piece to the high school experience. The question is really how to facilitate with so many students and so many classes.
