Formalize a space for students to develop their positive character traits through in-school mentoring...led by seniors!

High school students seem to think they have it all figured out. Admit it, we were the same way at that age. But maybe they're on to something!

The teenage spirit is bursting with the drive and gusto to lead and create change. So let's let that creative energy flow! Create a space where seniors can plan, create, implement, and lead younger students' development, right at school.

The older students will take pride in their influence on the school, while the younger students can hear important messages from relatable peers.
