Embrace the Mistake!

How might we see a mistake as another piece of the curriculum?

Intellectually, everyone knows mistakes are what help us grow.  Emotionally, students hate to make them.  We need to teach them that it's what they do with their mistake that helps them grow.  Use a 'mistake rubric'  as a way the add a visual support to better foster the kind of curiosity and perseverance that supports college and career success.
