Morning Meditation

Initiate a daily morning meditation ritual to center students for the day.

Each day, students can start off with a breathing and/or meditating exercise,  in their classroom.  Each session starts with the ringing of a chime.  Students sit for 10-15 minutes of quiet reflection and breathing exercises.  Students and teachers alike ,can use this time to focus and mentally prepare for a positive day.
