  • Empathize: Spot a need. Interview a student or  colleague. Observe a classroom. Try this activity!
  • Ideate: Share ideas. Share new ideas, half-baked ideas, or your best ideas from your classroom.   Try this activity!
  • Build: Refine ideas. Comment on the ideas of others and make a prototype of your idea. Try this activity!
