Great post, Kris; thanks for sharing! Love the idea, and I'm excited to build it out in our "Ideate" phase here on TG. If we were to create a sort of "1-pager" describing how Teacher Learning Communities might look and operate within a given school, how would it look? How could the prototype be used to start TLCs in schools right now? I'm looking forward to helping you hammer out the idea a little more, with the goal of producing a prototype to use by the end of the challenge!
