The desired goal in peer coaching is to develop a non-evaluative process so colleagues can work together to reflect on current teaching practices, build new skills, share ideas, establish trust, and learn from one another. It is all about observation, active listening, and self-reflection. This model has been extremely successful at our school. See the attached pdf for the process we have used.
