Interview Someone

Interview a student, teacher, or member of the school community to gather firsthand insight.

Interviewing others is a great way to learn more about a topic.  Here's one way to get started  with this mission:

Send an email to a fellow teacher or friend with the following three questions:

  1. When was the last time you tried something new - for fun or for work!
  2. What helped you give this new thing a chance? What made you try it out?
  3. Now, think about a time you had a chance to try out something new or push on one of your edges, and you decided NOT to give it a shot. Why was that?
  4. With the example above, could there have been something that might have helped you test this thing out/try this new thing out?
