Failure Lab is a physical/digital space used to collaborate on wicked problems and incentivize risk-taking, iteration& destigmatize failure. Participating schools create a physical space that students can use to collaborate on wicked problems, and students post their failures to the Failure Lab app so that others can use that information to iterate toward excellence. To destigmatize the idea of failure, the Failure Lab app gamifies the idea of failure and rewards those who fail hard and fail often. There is a crowdsourcing platform built into the Failure Lab app so students, teachers, and admins can all have a voice in the wicked problems that the Failure Lab tackles next.

I love the idea of normalizing failure!
