The pics for this space show a room that was transitioned from a traditional arrangement to a flexible space that has power reels in the ceiling, Wall Talkers, counter height butcher block tables that can be moved, and flooring material that is easy to clean and heat and stain resistant.

Agreed!
The space should definitely be dynamic! I feel that the tables should have:
wheels
adjustable heights
nest away to create open floor space when needed

Rolling desks, like the Steelcase Node chair, should have the ability to come together to form a table but they should invent away they can snap together magnetically when students are collaborating.

The teacher (learning engineer) should have the ability to control the content of the room from a dashboard in a central location. The engineer should be able to display their own work and the students work at the flick of a wrist. Like Foto Swipe but swiping to monitors, projectors, and other devices. Maybe finally we will see Chromecast 2.0 for Education? http://www.androidcentral.com/fotoswipe-android-takes-photo-sharing-whole-new-level
