What we learn in school? Social Skills

School is place to learn skills for life, communicate, agree, disagree, argue, challenge, play, work in groups, talk and listen to others.

Music, art, dance or other movement, psychology, and philosophy have a place in school as well. Reading, writing, math and science are important and could be learned in school and after school.  In my school all teachers have a strong child psychology background. Learning is in encouraged. Testing and grading is prohibited.

Hi Bonnie, how are you? You raise some really great points. The social skills children learn at school last a lifetime. We would love for you to share your thoughts in the ideate phase.

A couple of questions that might help frame out this idea:
 What’s this idea about?
Why is this an idea that creates a culture of innovation?
How would you pitch this to other teachers in your school? Your principal?
How’d you get this idea off the ground?

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or want to talk the idea out in more detail!
