I have just graduated as social science teacher in the Netherlands.
As I have like 100 new ideas an important things I want to change I have learned is to first set your priorities straight about what really needs to be changed. When you have done that you will be much more focussed on that specific innovation which is really needed.
For example to do lists are awesome for that! If you make these on your phone you will always be able to check them which increases your focus and efficiency.
This may be a quite obvious suggestion but I see a lot of colleagues who do not prioritize and get lost in what they are doing.
