Learning from my students: how can I do more outreach? (this is Michele, not Joan!)

I surveyed my students to find out what their conception of an Engineering class was.

Thank you so much for your response. I really enjoy reading your personal reflection on your classroom practice. It's clear to me that you are a committed and learner-centered instructor. My favorite quote is: "I realized the empathy activity needed to relate to my larger goal." YES!

Receiving 81 responses is a quality survey and your major insight will really make your engineering course and maker space student-centered. I can't wait to see what you create. Also, I'm excited for you to add to your repertoire of feedback methods from students. Surveys are a great starting point. What are other ways we might collect info from students?
