Hi David, this idea of the trickle down effect is similar to the post of the The Empathy Effect -- they are looking at a program called Rachel's Challenge, (http://rachelschallenge.org), based on the idea that one act of compassion will lead to many more, I wonder if that might give you some ideas on implementation?

We are also looking at Rachel's Challenge as a possible resource for us to use. Two other curriculum we are looking at are Athena's Path and Hero's Pursuit (http://michelleicard.com/curriculum/)
