My students use their passions, strengths and interests to create their own driving questions.

I facilitate student driven learning. We work through design-thinking projects together. They then go through the same design-thinking processes to create a solution for their own personal driving question. We use Spencer & Juliani's LAUNCH cycle to work through the research and iteration until we are finally ready to share our results. I also follow Don Wettrick's Genius Hour model. The problems the students work on are authentic and relevant to them.
