Taking the time as a teacher to explore and truly understand each and every learner in the classroom, including their interests, is powerful, Greissy. I think it's a concrete way to demonstrate that we care about students and their perspectives. I wonder how their interests can be harnessed to create active and authentic STEM opportunities!! It's exciting!
